Membership Eligibility
Only customers who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872 can use the Tamra-kasya Website. Persons “incompetent to contract” as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents, etc. are not eligible to use the website. As such, Tamra-kasya’s services are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Tamra-kasya may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer access to or use of the Site to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time. Individuals under the age of 18 must at all times use Tamra-kasya’s services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age. In these cases, the adult is the user and is responsible for any and all activities.
Registration is free of charge and is not required if you use Tamrakasya.com to search for products. We reserve the right to refuse service and registration to anyone for any reason at any time. When you register and agree to be bound to these Terms Conditions, a contract between Tamrakasya and you for the use of Tamrakasya.com is accomplished by default.
Account Information and Registration Obligations
You shall be responsible for all activities under your User ID and Password and hence should maintain the confidentiality of your User ID and Password. You agree that if you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Tamra-kasya has the right to indefinitely terminate, suspend or block your access to Tamra-kasya. Tamra-kasya’s services are not available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended Tamra-kasya members. Tamra-kasya reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
Liability and Warranty
In no event shall Tamra-kasya, and (as applicable)Tamra-kasya’s subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees or Tamra-kasya’s suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the site, Tamra-kasya’s services, or this agreement, including without limitation, lost profits, bodily injury, emotional distress, or any special, incidental or consequential damages. Tamra-kasya’s liability, and (as applicable) the liability of Tamra-kasya’s subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and suppliers, to you or any third parties in any circumstance, is limited to the greater of (a) the amount of fees you pay to Tamra-kasya in the 12 months prior to the action giving rise to liability, and (b) inr1000. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Tamrakasya is not liable for contracts formed between users of Tamrakasya.com. Tamra-kasya is not liable for the information provided by its users. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material provided by users.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
Order & Shipping Policies
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (ANYWHERE WITHIN INDIA)
Tamra-KasyaTM delivers its jewelry items with utmost care and safety to you via Tirupati courier, DTDC or other courier delivery services depending on the shipping address.
Delivery timeline – 3 to 7 working days. Except for Saturday and Sunday.
We ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book Post. This may increase the delivery time beyond the mentioned period of 10 working days. Once the shipment is dispatched, you will be notified of the Tracking ID via email. This ID can be used by the customer to track the shipment.
Shipping cost – on some products we provide shipping Completely FREE and Some products charged shipping. That will be mentioned to you.
Note: Please bear in mind that delivery to certain remote or inaccessible locations require a surcharge to be paid which is demanded by carriers. If in case the delivery location listed by you lies within these areas, we will inform you beforehand about the same.

RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDER
Tamra-Kasya reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation. In this case Tamra-Kasya will pay back the charged money to the purchaser.
RETURN / EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
We are happy to answer any questions related to Tamra-Kasya Products.
We do not accept returns.
If our Product is found to be defective which is highly unlikely, refer to the passage stated below.
We do not provide any refunds or exchanges for products purchased online on www.tamrakasya.com or during any exhibitions or sale.
DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
We strive to ensure that all of our products go through rigorous quality check for any defects, but few might rarely go unnoticed. If you come across any of those, please Call us On +91 7045804246 as soon as you receive your order, and we will replace the same by the earliest.
We will repair damaged products upto a period of 1 months only from the date of purchase of product. Treating damage issues will differ from case to case depending on the product in need of repair.
If you find our products damaged or defective on receiving them, please note that you can send them back to us within 5 days only, from the day you received the products.
We take utmost care of our products while packaging to ensure that no pressure is applied onto the product and that it does not get damaged during transit.
All of our products are crafted by hand and might slightly differ from piece to piece. These differences will not be considered as manufacturing defects. Also when we use semi precious stones, resins, etc. they might have some irregularities and will not be considered as manufacturing defects.
PRODUCT COLOURS
We will not be able to guarantee the accuracy of the colours you observe when you see the products online, as the depth and resolution of each computer or mobile screen differs.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is approved for refund by our quality control team, refund amount would be credited to customer’s bank account within 7 working days.
Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts; the amount will be refunded to the same account / card from where the payment was initially processed.
Changes in Terms and Conditions
Tamra-kasya reserves the right to cancel this User Agreement at any time and for any reason without a notice period.
